As we do not keep pre-made inventory, please allow 14–20 working days for production, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Smaller items or simpler pieces may be completed sooner, and we always strive to dispatch your order as swiftly as possible.

Each Ribcage creation is designed to fit your body beautifully. For a flawless fit, please review our Size & Measurement Page for standard charts and precise measuring instructions before ordering.

If your measurements fall between two standard sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit that allows easier movement. If you prefer a highly sculpted look, you may choose to size down. While latex has natural elasticity, extreme over-stretching can increase the risk of tearing.

For the most accurate recommendation, feel free to send your body measurements to our team, and we will gladly assist you.

If you have a time-sensitive event or deadline, please feel free to contact us before placing your order. We may be able to accommodate a rush service to complete your garments within 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), subject to a 25% rush fee, or advise on faster shipping options upon request.

Delivery is calculated at checkout depending on your destination country. We are pleased to offer complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders over $299, and complimentary Express Shipping on orders over $499 across all available regions. Please note that if your order contains both ready-to-ship and custom items, all pieces will be shipped together once your custom garments are fully completed.

All orders are dispatched using a secure, tracked shipping service. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress every step of the way.

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact our team within 24 hours of purchase. Once this 24-hour window has passed, our studio begins preparing materials and production commences, meaning we are strictly unable to process cancellations, modifications, or refunds.

For shipping address updates, please email orders@ribcagelatex.com prior to dispatch. Once your parcel is in transit, we cannot guarantee successful address changes. Customers assume full responsibility for any lost parcels, misdeliveries, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

No. All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties and local taxes are not included in your shipping fee or order total. Any customs charges assessed upon arrival are determined by your local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. As rates vary widely, we recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering.

Please note that if a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties or incomplete customs clearance, it will be treated as a refused delivery. We cannot issue a refund, and the customer will be subject to the reshipment terms and fees outlined in our Order & Shipment Page.

As each Ribcage piece is meticulously crafted to order, packages that are refused upon delivery or returned to us due to missed pickups are strictly not eligible for refunds.

If your parcel is returned to our studio, you will have 14 days from the date we receive it to contact us and arrange for reshipment. Please note that the client is responsible for all costs associated with reshipping, which include:

The return shipping costs incurred by the courier
The new outbound shipping fee
An administrative fee of 10% of the total order value

Should we not receive your instructions to reship within this 14-day window, your order will be annulled and forfeited without a refund.

In the rare event that a parcel is officially declared lost by the courier, Ribcage will take full responsibility and arrange a replacement piece for you, provided that a correct and complete shipping address was entered at checkout.

Please kindly note that Made-to-measure pieces, Custom colors, and all Ready-to-ship items are considered final sale. As such, they are strictly exempt from all returns, refunds, and exchanges.

We ensure every creation meets our highest standards before dispatch. Please inspect your parcel upon arrival. If you discover any faults, transit damage, or an incorrect item, please contact orders@ribcagelatex.com with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. In the rare event of a manufacturing or dispatch error on our part, Ribcage will fully cover all return and reshipment costs.

Hand wash your Ribcage piece in lukewarm water using a mild, unscented soap or specialized latex wash. Gently swirl without scrubbing, rubbing, or wringing, then rinse thoroughly. We recommend adding a little silicone-based latex shiner to the final rinse to maintain suppleness and prevent sticking. Hang on a plastic or wooden hanger to air dry in a well-ventilated space, strictly away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

Once completely dry inside and out, apply a light dusting of unscented talcum powder or latex silicone spray to prevent the surfaces from sticking. Always use a wide plastic or wooden hanger—never metal, as it will permanently stain and degrade the latex. Store in a dark, cool, and dry place (ideally inside a dark garment bag), away from UV light and humidity. Keep light and dark pieces separated to avoid color transfer.

Our pieces are delivered with a light dusting of talcum powder to help you glide smoothly into the garment. For an even easier dressing experience, you can also use a silicone based dressing aid designed specifically for latex.

Before dressing, ensure your skin is clean and completely dry. Smooth a small amount of dressing aid across your skin and along the inside of the garment to help your body slide into place effortlessly. Always use the pads of your fingers rather than your nails to ease the rubber over snug areas, as sharp pressure can snag or tear the material. For that signature high gloss finish, simply apply a latex polish to the exterior once your piece is on.
